How to update cPanel with shared license

To update your cPanel version to the latest version, first enter WHM and enter the section below

WHM > Server Configuration > Update Preferences

Then install the latest version and run the following command on the SSH server:

/scripts/upcp/

Wait a few minutes until the update is done.

Note: Do not run in WHM Terminal

Important: cPanel has announced in an announcement that cPanel update for Centos 7 will no longer be done and you should upgrade your operating system. We suggest you do this manually and use Almalinux 8.
